In life hotel a bit smaller, but it is a boutique hotel so was ok. Stayed 1 night, very close to the beach, but when i was there it was raining and i do believe beach more for surfing not swimming. Staff are amazing, breakfast not bad also

THE LOCATION IS AWESOME & WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH & TO THE SHOPS....THE TRAFFIC IS AN ISSUE IN BALI SO LOCATION & THE ABILITY TO WALK PLACES IS IMPERATIVE........THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & POLITE & HOSPITABLE & GREETED US NUMEROUS TIMES DURING THE DAY....THEY WERE ALWAYS SO OBLIGING & WANTING TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAVING OUR NEEDS MET. THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS HOTEL IS EXCEPTIONAL & VALUE FOR MONEY

I LIKED EVERYTHING & IT IS BALI THEREFORE I MAKE ALLOWANCES FOR ANY MINOR ISSUE THAT MAY OCCUR..........AND IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM IT WAS ADDRESSED IMMEDIATLEY WITH A SMILE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pool closes too early.

The hotel has a nice aesthetic. The food was great, including the Christmas eve dinner. They have a variety of breakfast selection. Rooms were clean and have ample space. Staff were polite and attentive to needs. They are also responsive on Whatsapp. The hotel is near shops and restaurants.

The staircase going up to the second level is exposed to rain. So it becomes wet and quite slippery especially during rainy season.

The hotel feels very new, with a tree lined pool in its central courtyard which was much appreciated on hot and humid days. We had the breakfast package which was very good value with a good range of items to choose from. We also ate at the restaurant, and found the food to be delicious and well presented. The staff were impeccable, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was a comfortable one. As an example, my husband was not well, and they very thoughtfully brought ginger tea to him with his meals. Every member of staff we encountered was happy, courteous and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, with everything that we needed. The location also was good.

Fast check in and out, very quiet, clean and good location!

The staff were amazing, always very friendly. Breakfast choices were good and delicious. Delicious cocktails by the pool and the rooms are very clean. The hotel itself is spotless. Good location, easy walking to restaurants and the beach.

There isn’t much seating around the pool. I wouldn’t really describe it as a good family hotel as the pool and the area around it is quite small, but for couples or groups of friends it’s good.

Boutique hotel with really good location, wonderful staff and worth of the money. The staff so attentive and thoughtful to my bf who just got a new tattoo. And all the staff so kind, friendly, and made us feel so comfortable.

This hotel is one of the best in Bali. Everything was exceptional. The staff at the reception, restaurant, the pool and the service people were very friendly and very helpful. They did their best to make every guest happy. Thank you to all of them. The hotel is close to everywhere you need n Bali.

Absolutely amazing staff. Food is really good. They even packed me a snack for the airport.

Coffee. I mean - compared to the high standards in everything else, you can give better coffee :)I went out every morning to get my coffee. But it is a small thing - there isn't much I didnt like. You're doing a great job. Kudos to the staff!

The hotel has a very simple design, with no elements suggesting that you are in Indonesia

Pool was really good! Staf were very friendly, especially frbri and monica, who became friends with my wife.

Amazing bedding quality, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!The room had blackout curtains which is SO great and rare in Indonesia. This allowed us to sleep in and was great for the baby's naps. The baby cot provided was clean and good quality. They also gave us a nightlight and a lullaby machine for the baby. So thoughtful! The pool staff and bartenders were accommodating and nice.

Unfortunately, the way the hotel is designed makes the room very noisy. Anyone shouting at the pool area or walking by your door is almost as if they were in your room. There was very poor phonic isolation, we could hear every sentence from the movie the neighbors watched at night. It's a shame if it were not for the noise pollution this hotel would be perfect. Noise is a big issue while on vacation and traveling with a baby, unfortunately, so we won't consider it for another stay.

It looks better than the pictures, the room was amazing super comfortable, clean and modern. The people that work there were amazing with us, really welcoming and helpful, really nice people
